Wes Anderson re-envisions Roald Dahl's 1970s children's book about a fox in stop-motion animation. I just broke that down for you in one sentence. One.
Anyways, Wes has made a couple of my favorite movies, Royal Tenenbaums and Life Aquatic, but kind of lost me with his last picture, Darjeeling Limited. I sincerely hope he can make this great. It is certainly clear that he has taken great creative license, so the picture appears on the surface to have quite a bit of originality.
Starring the voices of George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, and Jason Schwartzman and opens November 13.
